Day 4

What a great day we had in preschool today. We spoke about the upcoming Jewish holiday of "Sukkos". We eat inside a funny house called a "sukkah". We decorated a Sukkah on a paper with sticks and green shredded paper to symbolize the wooden walls and green branches that we put on top. We practiced our fine motor skills by squeezing glue from a bottle onto a paper. We sang a song about building a Sukkah.

Day 3

What a fun third day we had in preschool. When we first came in, we made honey cakes so we should all be blessed with a SWEET new year. We were so excited to have our own chance to pour in ingredients and mix the batter. We are beginning  to settle in, and most of us even sat through circle time:)

We also went downstairs and Rabbi Okunov showed us a real live chicken.! We were fascinated! Some of us were even brave enough to touch  it.
