LAG B'OMER

We celebrated Lag, B'omer in the Shule on Friday by gathering together with all our preschool friends, hearing the story of Rabbi Akiva, and Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai ( whose day of passing it is on Lag B'omer) and together we "paraded", danced around the Shule partnered with pre-k friends. We had such a fun time. We then got heart cookies, made by pre-k friends ,as we know this time period of the Jewish year is when we put an extra focus on loving, caring, and respecting one another.
